Flukelady is based in the US. All products ship from my home studio unless noted otherwise on the product page. I also partner with a network of global printing and fulfillment centers to assist with apparel production.

Flukelady ships to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US) and Vietnam

Other Countries: I want to ship to you! If you fill out this form I will work to add your country to my store, usually within 48 hours.

  • $5 Flat-Rate for Prints, Apparel & Flat, Non-Boxed Orders
  • $10 Flat-Rate for Boxed Orders

  • $10 Flat-Rate for Prints, Apparel & Flat, Non-Boxed Orders
  • $20 Flat-Rate for Boxed Orders

Processing Time

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Many of my products are made-to-order in my home studio, please allow 1-2 weeks for your tracking number to be sent.

Original Artwork & Prints

Orders ship out within 5-7 days, though it’s not unusual for items to ship much sooner.

Jewelry & Decor

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to ship, as jewelry & decor items are made to order.

Clothing & Apparel

For clothing, I partner with global third-party production facilities to produce and ship my garments on-demand. Orders usually ship out within 5 business days, though during high-volume periods it can take up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped.


Delivery Times

I’ve provided a list of estimated shipping times for your convenience. Please allow for processing time in addition to the delivery time frames below.

You will also receive a tracking number + link via email once your order ships.

United States

Most orders are delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

Canada

Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days of shipment, though sometimes customs processing and other factors may delay the shipment for longer.

UK, EU & WORLDWIDE

Most orders are delivered within 10-20 days of shipment, though customs processing and other factors may delay the shipment for longer.


Refunds & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll be happy to exchange it for an exact replacement – except for one-of-a-kind items or original artwork, which cannot be replaced.

Have an Issue?

Art Prints & Greeting Cards

If your printed artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, I will provide a free replacement without you having to send anything back. Photo proof of damage is required. These items cannot be returned for a refund.

Original Artwork

Original artwork cannot be replaced or refunded. For this reason, original artwork is packaged with extra care and materials at no cost to you. Shipments can be insured upon request, but the cost will be forwarded to you. If you have any issues, please contact me and I will work with you to find a solution.

Jewelry & Decor

Jewelry and decor can be exchanged for an exact replacement if any damage or defects are found with an item. Photo proof of damage is required. Items over $30 must be returned before a replacement is dispatched.

Clothing / Apparel

Clothing that arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect can be replaced at no cost to you. Photo proof of defect is required to receive a replacement.

Exchanges for sizing are not possible. Please take care to refer to the provided size guides to ensure an item will fit for you. If you received a size that is different from the size listed on your order, this would qualify as an error from the printing facility, and I will have them replace it at no cost to you.
